As one of the most recognized celebrity chefs in the Arab world, Chef Deema Hajjawi brings simplicity and passion to kitchens. She is currently the Ambassador of several International brands in the Region such as Knorr, Al-Marai, Hello and others, all while being a celebrated TV Chef and author of three bestselling cookbooks.

Deema Hajjawi began her career in the year 2000 when her family established Flavours Catering. Deema’s passion for the kitchen grew bigger and more diverse with her work as a presenter for famous Jordanian TV cook shows in the years 2002 and 2003.

What distinguishes Deema’s style is her simple and accurate choice of recipes with guaranteed success for those who follow her detailed work. In 2012, Deema joined Roya TV with their show Donya Ya Donya where she presents a live cooking segment, twice-weekly until today.

At the end of 2013, Deema hosted the International Show Matloob Chef for Abu Dhabi TV as presenter and food specialist, in addition to working alongside Michelin star chefs. In 2014, she was selected among Jordan’s Top 10 most Influential women by Jordan Business Magazine. And in 2017, she won Jordan’s Best Celebrity Chef Award (Won by People's Vote).

Since 2017, Deema has appeared on many prestigious TV channels including al Watan TV in Kuwait, Dubai TV where she was the exclusive chef during a Ramadan cook show, in addition to her participation as a Guest Judge on MBC's show TOP CHEF Arabia in Seasons 1 and 3.

As a Chef who's deeply connected with her humanity, humbleness and kind approach, she engages daily with her growing social media following of over 1.6 million fans.
