Cayenne Pepper adds a spicy, smoky kick to everything from cocktails to cauliflower. We love it in creamy guacamole and as a garnish to classic devilled eggs, or even sprinkled on fresh watermelon.

One of our favourite ways to highlight cayenne's flavour is by adding a dash of it to sweets, such as chocolate pudding or spicy cocoa cookies, giving them a hint of heat that's surprising yet not too overwhelming.
