Oregano, native to the Mediterranean region, is more flavourful dried rather than fresh. It has an aromatic, warm, earthy, slightly bitter taste and is the most important culinary herb in Italian-American cuisine.

Our oregano is sourced from Mediterranean countries and therefore preserves its true characteristics thanks to more favourable climate and soil conditions.

Use it in tomato sauces, fried or baked vegetables as well as grilled meat. Together with basil, it is the true distinctive character of many Italian dishes.
